Mentoring
Description:
- Recruit mentors for high school students.
Opening Doors to Success Day
- Plan/ implement community event at five high schools-Berea, Greenville, Greer, Southside and Travelers Rest- knocking on the doors of students that do not show up for school.
Service Learning
Description:
- Implement four service projects during the school year to involve students in "helping" others in the community.
Professional Development
Summer Enrichment
Description:
- Plan/ implement programs at our five high schools with rising 9th graders to enhance their induction to higher learning.
Evaluation and Analysis
Description:
- Complete development of a struggling students’ protocol and perform program evaluation,
effective practices review, and continued research.
Early College
Description:
- Development and implement a "new" school starting at 6th grade and going through 12th.
