Graduation Coach

A graduation coach provides in- and out-of-school case management services to
30 to 40 struggling students and their families at one high school. The coach
will coordinate extra help, support, intervention and outreach services needed
to help these students succeed in school. The coach will work with school counselors
and teachers and community agencies to meet the educational, health and social
service needs of the student and their families.
